أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عليه السلام يَقُولُ حَدِيثِي حَدِيثُ أَبِي وَ حَدِيثُ أَبِي حَدِيثُ جَدِّي وَ حَدِيثُ جَدِّي حَدِيثُ الْحُسَيْنِ وَ حَدِيثُ الْحُسَيْنِ حَدِيثُ الْحَسَنِ وَ حَدِيثُ الْحَسَنِ حَدِيثُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَ حَدِيثُ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ حَدِيثُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله وَ حَدِيثُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله قَوْلُ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ.

Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, saying always: My hadith is my father's hadith, and my father's hadith is my grandfather's hadith, and my grandfather's hadith is al-Husayn's hadith, peace be upon him, and al-Husayn's hadith, peace be upon him, is al-Hasan's hadith, peace be upon him, and al-Hasan's hadith, peace be upon him, is the hadith of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, and the hadith of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, is the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family; and the hadith of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family, is the word of God, mighty and exalted.

باب 24 أن كل علم حق هو في أيدي الناس فمن أهل البيت عليهم السلام وصل إليهم

Chapter 24: That every true knowledge in people's hands reached them from the People of the House, peace be upon them

«1»- جا، المجالس للمفيد ابْنُ قُولَوَيْهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عليه السلام قَالَ: أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ عِنْدَ أَحَدٍ مِنَ النَّاسِ حَقٌّ وَ لَا صَوَابٌ إِلَّا شَيْ ءٌ أَخَذُوهُ مِنَّا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ وَ لَا أَحَدٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ يَقْضِي بِحَقٍّ وَ لَا عَدْلٍ إِلَّا وَ مِفْتَاحُ ذَلِكَ الْقَضَاءِ وَ بَابُهُ وَ أَوَّلُهُ وَ سُنَنُهُ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عليهما السلام فَإِذَا اشْتَبَهَتْ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأُمُورُ كَانَ الْخَطَاءُ مِنْ قِبَلِهِمْ إِذَا أَخْطَئُوا وَ الصَّوَابُ مِنْ قِبَلِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عليهما السلام إِذَا أَصَابُوا.

Majalis of al-Mufid: Muhammad b. Muslim related from Imam al-Baqir, peace be upon him, that he said: Truth and the right way are with none of the people unless they have taken it from us, the People of the House, peace be upon them; and no one judges by truth and justice unless the key of that judgement, and its door, its beginning and the one who set its practice, was the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him. When matters became confused for them, and whenever they reached the truth, the error was from themselves and the right from 'Ali b. Abi Talib, peace be upon them both.

«2»- جا، المجالس للمفيد أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَعْفَرَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ عليهما السلام يَقُولُ وَ عِنْدَهُ نَاسٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ عَجَباً لِلنَّاسِ يَقُولُونَ أَخَذُوا عِلْمَهُمْ كُلَّهُ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله فَعَمِلُوا بِهِ وَ اهْتَدَوْا وَ يَرَوْنَ أَنَّا أَهْلَ الْبَيْتِ لَمْ نَأْخُذْ عِلْمَهُ وَ لَمْ نَهْتَدِ بِهِ وَ نَحْنُ أَهْلُهُ وَ ذُرِّيَّتُهُ فِي مَنَازِلِنَا أُنْزِلَ الْوَحْيُ وَ مِنْ عِنْدِنَا خَرَجَ إِلَى النَّاسِ الْعِلْمُ أَ فَتَرَاهُمْ عَلِمُوا وَ اهْتَدَوْا وَ جَهِلْنَا وَ ضَلَلْنَا إِنَّ هَذَا مُحَالٌ.

Majalis of al-Mufid: 'Abd Allah b. al-Hasan says: I heard Imam al-Sadiq, peace be upon him — while people of Mecca were with him — saying: It is astonishing, people who say that they took their knowledge wholly from the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his family, and acted upon it and were guided; and who suppose that we, the People of the House, peace be upon them, did not take knowledge from him and were not guided by it — while we are his People of the House and his progeny, revelation came down in our houses, and knowledge went out from us to the people. Do you suppose that they gained knowledge and were guided while we remained ignorant and astray? Surely this is impossible.

I say: There are many hadiths on this which will come in the Book of the Imamate.

Chapter 25: The completing of the proof and the clearness of the road

الآيات؛

The verses

الأنعام: «قُلْ فَلِلَّهِ الْحُجَّةُ الْبالِغَةُ»(108) (و قال تعالی): «وَ كَذلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآياتِ وَ لِتَسْتَبِينَ سَبِيلُ الْمُجْرِمِينَ»(55)

"Say: To God belongs the conclusive proof." "And thus do We set forth the signs clearly, that the way of the sinners may become plain."
