جارية هات ( هاتي ظ ) تلك الجريدة ، فطلبتها فلم تجدها فقالت سلام الله عليها : ويحك اطلبيها فإنها تعدل عندي حسنا وحسينا فطلبتها فإذا هي قد قممتها في قمامتها فإذا فيها .

servant girl, bring that palm-leaf sheet. She sought it and did not find it, and she, peace be upon her, said: Woe to you, seek it, for it is worth to me al-Hasan and al-Husayn. So she sought it, and found that she had swept it up among her sweepings; and in it was:

قال محمد النبي صلى الله عليه وآله : ليس من المؤمنين من لم يأمن جاره بوائقه ، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فلا يؤذي جاره ، ومن كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر فليقل خيرا أو يسكت ، إن الله تعالى يحب الخير الحليم المتعفف ويبغض الفاحش البذاء السئال الملحف ، إن الحياء من الإيمان والإيمان في الجنة ، وإن الفحش من البذاء والبذاء في النار 4 .

Muhammad the Prophet, may God bless him and his Family, said: He is not of the believers whose neighbour is not safe from his injuries. Whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him not harm his neighbour; and whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him say what is good or keep silent. God Most High loves the good, the forbearing, the self-restraining, and hates the obscene, the foul-mouthed, the importunate beggar. Modesty is of faith, and faith is in the Garden; and obscenity is of foulness, and foulness is in the Fire. [4]
