It has come in many traditions from the Imams, peace be upon them, that “with them is the Mushaf of Fatima, God's blessings be upon her”.
In al-Safi, from Basa'ir al-Darajat, he said: Fatima left behind a mushaf which is not the Qur'an, but a speech from the speech of God which He sent down to her — the dictation of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, and the hand of the Commander of the Faithful 'Ali, peace be upon him. [4]
And from Abu Basir, who said: I came in to Abu 'Abd Allah, peace be upon him, and said: May I be your ransom, I wish to ask you about a matter; [may I be your ransom, is there] anyone here who may hear my words? He said: Abu 'Abd Allah, peace be upon him, raised a curtain between himself and another room and looked into it, then said: O Abu Muhammad, ask whatever has occurred to you. I said: May I be your ransom, your partisans relate that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, taught 'Ali, peace be upon him, a gate from which a thousand gates are opened!
He said: O Abu Muhammad, by God, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, taught 'Ali, peace be upon him, a thousand gates, from each of which a thousand gates are opened. I said to him: By God, this is knowledge indeed!
He said: He scratched in the earth a while, then said: It is knowledge, yet it is not that. Then he said: O Abu Muhammad, with us is al-Jami'a — and what do they know what al-Jami'a is? I said: May I be your ransom, and what is al-Jami'a? He said: A scroll seventy cubits long, by the cubit of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, of his dictation from the parting of his lips [5] and in the hand of 'Ali, peace be upon him, with his right hand. In it is every lawful thing and every unlawful thing, and everything of which people have need, down to the indemnity for a scratch. And he struck me with his hand and said: Will you permit me, O Abu Muhammad?
I said: May I be your ransom, I am yours; do what you will. He said: So he pinched me with his hand and said: Even the indemnity for this — as though he were angered. I said: May I be your ransom,
