فصل [ ما أخبر الله تعالى ليلة المعراج نبيه بظلم ابنته وأخذ حقها ] وكان مما أخبر الله تعالى نبيه ليلة المعراج أن قال : وأما ابنتك فتظلم وتحرم ويؤخذ حقها غصبا الذي تجعله لها ، وتضرب وهي حامل ويدخل على حريمها ومنزلها بغير إذن ، ثم يمسها هوان وذل ، ثم لا تجد مانعا ، وتطرح ما في بطنها من الضرب وتموت من ذلك الضرب ، قال النبي صلى الله عليه وآله إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون قبلت يا رب وسلمت ومنك التوفيق والصبر 1 .

Section [what God, exalted, told His Prophet on the night of the Ascension about the wronging of his daughter and the taking of her right]. And of what God, exalted, told His Prophet on the night of the Ascension was that He said: As for your daughter, she shall be wronged and deprived, and her right, which you assign to her, shall be taken by force; and she shall be struck while she is pregnant, and her sanctuary and her dwelling shall be entered without leave; then humiliation and abasement shall touch her, and then she shall find no protector; and she shall cast what is in her womb from the beating, and shall die of that beating. The Prophet, may God bless him and his Family, said: Truly we belong to God, and truly to Him we return. I have accepted, my Lord, and submitted; and from You is the granting of success and of patience. [1]

وروي إن أول ما يحكم فيه محسن بن علي عليهما السلام في قاتله ثم في قنفذ ، فيؤتيان هو وصاحبه فيضربان بسياط من نار ، لو وقع سوط منها على البحار لغلت من مشرقها إلى مغربها ولو وضعت على جبال الدنيا لذابت حتى تصير رمادا فيضربان بها 2 .

And it is related that the first matter in which judgement shall be given is that of Muhsin b. 'Ali, peace be upon them both, concerning his killer, and then concerning Qunfudh. So he and his companion shall be brought and beaten with whips of fire — were one whip of them to fall upon the seas, they would boil from their east to their west; and were it set upon the mountains of this world, they would melt until they became ashes. And with them the two shall be beaten. [2]

وروى المفضل بن عمر عن الصادق عليه السلام في خبر طويل : ويأتي محسن تحمله خديجة بنت خويلد وفاطمة بنت أسد أم أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام وهن صارخات وأمه فاطمة صلوات الله عليها تقول : * ( هذا يومكم الذي كنتم توعدون 3

And al-Mufaddal b. 'Umar related from al-Sadiq, peace be upon him, in a long report: And Muhsin shall come, carried by Khadija bint Khuwaylid and Fatima bint Asad, the mother of the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, and they crying out; and his mother Fatima, the blessings of God be upon her, saying: “This is your day which you were promised.
