أخي الحسن قال حدثني أبي علي بن أبي طالب عليهما السلام قال قال رسول اللّٰه صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله

my brother al-Hasan, who said: There related to me my father 'Ali b. Abi Talib, peace be upon them both, who said: The Messenger of God — may God bless him and his family — said:

و كل ما كان فيه بالأسانيد الثلاثة عن الرضا عليه السلام فهو ما أورده الصدوق في كتاب عيون أخبار الرضا عليه السلام هكذا حدثنا أبو الحسن محمد بن علي بن الشاه المرورودي بمرورود في داره قال حدثنا أبو بكر بن عبد اللّٰه النيسابوري قال حدثنا أبو القاسم عبد اللّٰه بن أحمد بن عامر بن سلموية الطائي بالبصرة قال حدثنا أبي في سنة ستين و مائتين قال حدثني علي بن موسى الرضا عليهما السلام سنة أربع و تسعين و مائة و حدثنا أبو منصور أحمد بن إبراهيم بن بكر الخوزي بنيسابور قال حدثني أبو إسحاق بن إبراهيم بن مروان بن محمد الخوزي قال حدثنا جعفر بن محمد بن زياد الفقيه الخوزي قال حدثنا أحمد بن عبد اللّٰه الهروي الشيباني عن الرضا عليه السلام و حدثنا أبو عبد اللّٰه الحسين بن محمد الأشناني الرازي العدل ببلخ قال حدثنا علي بن محمد بن مهرويه القزويني عن داود بن سليمان الفراء عن علي بن موسى الرضا عليهما السلام قال حدثني أبي موسى بن جعفر قال حدثني أبي جعفر بن محمد قال حدثني أبي محمد بن علي قال حدثني أبي علي بن الحسين قال حدثني أبي الحسين بن علي قال حدثني أبي علي بن أبي طالب عليهما السلام عن النبي صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله

And whatever occurs in it with the three chains from al-Rida, peace be upon him, is what al-Saduq set down in the Kitab 'Uyun Akhbar al-Rida, peace be upon him, thus: There related to us Abu al-Hasan Muhammad b. 'Ali b. al-Shah al-Marwarrudhi, at Marwarrudh in his house, who said: There related to us Abu Bakr b. 'Abd Allah al-Naysaburi, who said: There related to us Abu al-Qasim 'Abd Allah b. Ahmad b. 'Amir b. Sulmuya al-Ta'i, at Basra, who said: There related to us my father in the year two hundred and sixty, who said: There related to me 'Ali b. Musa al-Rida, peace be upon them both, in the year one hundred and ninety-four. And there related to us Abu Mansur Ahmad b. Ibrahim b. Bakr al-Khuzi, at Naysabur, who said: There related to me Abu Ishaq b. Ibrahim b. Marwan b. Muhammad al-Khuzi, who said: There related to us Ja'far b. Muhammad b. Ziyad al-Faqih al-Khuzi, who said: There related to us Ahmad b. 'Abd Allah al-Harawi al-Shaybani, from al-Rida, peace be upon him. And there related to us Abu 'Abd Allah al-Husayn b. Muhammad al-Ashnani al-Razi al-'Adl, at Balkh, who said: There related to us 'Ali b. Muhammad b. Mahrawayh al-Qazwini, from Dawud b. Sulayman al-Farra', from 'Ali b. Musa al-Rida, peace be upon them both, who said: There related to me my father Musa b. Ja'far, who said: There related to me my father Ja'far b. Muhammad, who said: There related to me my father Muhammad b. 'Ali, who said: There related to me my father 'Ali b. al-Husayn, who said: There related to me my father al-Husayn b. 'Ali, who said: There related to me my father 'Ali b. Abi Talib, peace be upon them both, from the Prophet, may God bless him and his family.

و كل ما كان فيه فيما كتب الرضا عليه السلام للمأمون فهو ما رواه الصدوق قال حدثنا عبد الواحد بن محمد بن عبدوس النيسابوري بنيسابور في شعبان سنة اثنتين و خمسين و ثلاث مائة قال حدثنا علي بن محمد بن قتيبة النيسابوري عن الفضل بن شاذان عن الرضا عليه السلام

And whatever occurs in it among what al-Rida, peace be upon him, wrote to al-Ma'mun is what al-Saduq related. He said: There related to us 'Abd al-Wahid b. Muhammad b. 'Abdus al-Naysaburi, at Naysabur, in Sha'ban of the year three hundred and fifty-two, who said: There related to us 'Ali b. Muhammad b. Qutayba al-Naysaburi, from al-Fadl b. Shadhan, from al-Rida, peace be upon him.

و كل ما كان فيه في خبر الشامي فهو ما رواه الصدوق قال حدثنا محمد بن إبراهيم بن إسحاق قال حدثنا أحمد بن محمد الهمداني قال حدثنا الحسن بن القاسم قراءة قال حدثنا علي بن إبراهيم بن المعلى قال حدثنا أبو عبد اللّٰه محمد بن خالد قال حدثنا عبد اللّٰه بن بكر المراري عن موسى بن جعفر عن أبيه عن جده عن علي بن الحسين عن أبيه عليه السلام و رواه الشيخ عن الحسين بن عبيد اللّٰه الغضائري عن الصدوق بهذا الإسناد.

And whatever occurs in it in the report of the Syrian is what al-Saduq related. He said: There related to us Muhammad b. Ibrahim b. Ishaq, who said: There related to us Ahmad b. Muhammad al-Hamadani, who said: There related to us al-Hasan b. al-Qasim, by recitation, who said: There related to us 'Ali b. Ibrahim b. al-Mu'alla, who said: There related to us Abu 'Abd Allah Muhammad b. Khalid, who said: There related to us 'Abd Allah b. Bakr al-Murari, from Musa b. Ja'far, from his father, from his grandfather, from 'Ali b. al-Husayn, from his father, peace be upon him. And al-Shaykh related it from al-Husayn b. 'Ubayd Allah al-Ghada'iri, from al-Saduq, by this chain.

و كل ما كان فيه في أسئلة الشامي عن أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام فهو بهذا الإسناد قال

And whatever occurs in it among the questions of the Syrian to the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, is by this chain. Said
