و كتاب عبد الملك بن حكيم وثق النجاشي المؤلف و ذكر هو و الشيخ طريقهما إليه و في النسخة القديمة طريقه هكذا أخبرنا التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن علي بن الحسن بن فضال عن جعفر بن محمد بن حكيم عن عمه عبد الملك.
As for the book of 'Abd al-Malik b. Hakim, al-Najashi attested the author's trustworthiness, and both he and al-Shaykh set down their route to it. In the old copy his route runs thus: "There informed us al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from 'Ali b. al-Hasan b. Faddal, from Ja'far b. Muhammad b. Hakim, from his uncle 'Abd al-Malik."
و كتاب المثنى ذكر الشيخ و النجاشي طريقهما إليه و روى الكشي عن علي بن الحسن مدحه و في النسخة المتقدمة سنده هكذا التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن علي بن الحسن بن فضال عن العباس بن عامر عن مثنى بن الوليد الحناط.
As for the book of al-Muthanna, al-Shaykh and al-Najashi set down their route to it, and al-Kashshi transmitted from 'Ali b. al-Hasan his praise. In the aforementioned copy his chain runs thus: "Al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from 'Ali b. al-Hasan b. Faddal, from al-'Abbas b. 'Amir, from Muthanna b. al-Walid al-Hannat."
و كتاب خلاد ذكر النجاشي و الشيخ سندهما إليه و في النسخة القديمة هكذا التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن يحيى بن زكريا بن شيبان عن محمد بن أبي عمير عن خلاد السندي و في بعض نسخ السدي بغير نون البزاز الكوفي.
As for the book of Khallad, al-Najashi and al-Shaykh set down their chain to it. In the old copy it runs thus: "Al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from Yahya b. Zakariyya b. Shayban, from Muhammad b. Abi 'Umayr, from Khallad al-Sindi" — and in some copies al-Suddi, without the nun — "al-Bazzaz al-Kufi."
و كتاب الحسين بن عثمان النجاشي ذكر إليه سندا و وثقه الكشي و غيره و السند فيما عندنا من النسخة القديمة عن التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن جعفر بن عبد اللّٰه المحمدي عن ابن أبي عمير عن الحسين بن عثمان بن شريك.
As for the book of al-Husayn b. 'Uthman, al-Najashi set down a chain to it, and al-Kashshi and others attested his trustworthiness. The chain in the old copy we have runs: "From al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from Ja'far b. 'Abd Allah al-Muhammadi, from Ibn Abi 'Umayr, from al-Husayn b. 'Uthman b. Sharik."
و كتاب الكاهلي مؤلفه ممدوح و الشيخ و النجاشي أسندا عنه و السند في القديمة عن التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن محمد بن أحمد بن الحسن بن الحكم القطواني عن أحمد بن محمد بن أبي نصر عن عبد اللّٰه بن يحيى.
As for the book of al-Kahili, its author is praised, and al-Shaykh and al-Najashi gave chains from him. The chain in the old copy runs: "From al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from Muhammad b. Ahmad b. al-Hasan b. al-Hakam al-Qatawani, from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Abi Nasr, from 'Abd Allah b. Yahya."
و كتاب سلام بن عمرة الخراساني وثقه النجاشي و أسند إلى الكتاب و فيما عندنا التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن القاسم بن محمد بن الحسن ١بن حازم عن عبد اللّٰه بن جميلة عن سلام.
As for the book of Sallam b. 'Amra al-Khurasani, al-Najashi attested his trustworthiness and gave a chain to the book. In our copy: "Al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from al-Qasim b. Muhammad b. al-Hasan (1) b. Hazim, from 'Abd Allah b. Jamila, from Sallam."
و كتاب النوادر مؤلفه ثقة فطحي و النجاشي و الشيخ أسندا عنه و السند فيما عندنا عن التلعكبري عن ابن عقدة عن علي بن الحسن بن فضال عن ابن أسباط.
As for the Book of al-Nawadir, its author is trustworthy though a Fathi; al-Najashi and al-Shaykh gave chains from him. The chain in our copy runs: "From al-Tal'ukbari, from Ibn 'Uqda, from 'Ali b. al-Hasan b. Faddal, from Ibn Asbat."
و كتاب النبذة مؤلفه لا نعلم حاله.
As for the Book of al-Nabdha, we do not know the condition of its author.
و الدوريستي من تلامذة المفيد و المرتضى و وثقه ابن داود و العلامة و الشيخ منتجب الدين و غيرهم.
Al-Duristi is among the students of al-Mufid and al-Murtada; Ibn Dawud, al-'Allama, al-Shaykh Muntajab al-Din and others attested his trustworthiness.
