ويظهر من رواية مصباح الأنوار ، أن أثواب كفنها كانت غلاظا خشنة فإنه روي أنه لما حضرت فاطمة عليها السلام الوفاة دعت بماء فاغتسلت ثم دعت بطيب فتحنطت به ، ثم دعت بأثواب كفنها فأتيت بأثواب غلاظ خشنة فتلفقت بها ، الخ 17 .

And it appears from the report of Misbah al-Anwar that the garments of her shroud were coarse and rough; for it is related that when death came to Fatima, peace be upon her, she called for water and washed, then called for perfume and embalmed herself with it, then called for the garments of her shroud, and she was brought coarse, rough garments, and she wrapped herself in them — and so on. [17]

وروي أيضا أنها كفنت في سبعة أثواب 18 .

And it is also related that she was shrouded in seven garments. [18]

في رواية روضة الواعظين قال : فلما أن هدئت العيون ومضى شطر من الليل أخرجها علي والحسن والحسين عليهم السلام وعمار والمقداد والعقيل والزبير وأبو ذر وسلمان وبريدة ونفر من بني هاشم وخواصه ، صلوا عليها ودفنوها في جوف الليل وسوى علي عليه السلام حواليها قبورا مزورة مقدار سبعة حتى لا يعرف قبرها 19 .

In the report of Rawdat al-Wa'izin he said: And when the eyes had quietened and a part of the night had passed, 'Ali and al-Hasan and al-Husayn, peace be upon them, and 'Ammar and al-Miqdad and 'Aqil and al-Zubayr and Abu Dharr and Salman and Burayda and a number of the Banu Hashim and his close companions brought her out; and they prayed over her and buried her in the middle of the night. And 'Ali, peace be upon him, levelled around her false graves to the number of seven, so that her grave should not be known. [19]

وعن مصباح الأنوار ، عن جعفر بن محمد عليهم السلام أنه سئل كم كبر أمير المؤمنين على فاطمة عليها السلام ؟

And from Misbah al-Anwar, from Ja'far b. Muhammad, peace be upon them, that he was asked: How many takbirs did the Commander of the Faithful say over Fatima, peace be upon her?

فقاتل : كان يكبر أمير المؤمنين تكبيرة فيكبر جبرئيل تكبيرة والملائكة المقربون إلى أن كبر أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام خمسا ، فقيل له : وأين كان يصلي عليها ؟ قال : في دارها ثم أخرجها 20 .

And he said: The Commander of the Faithful would say a takbir, and Gabriel would say a takbir, and the angels brought near — until the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, had said five. And it was said to him: And where did he pray over her? He said: In her house; then he brought her out. [20]

[ إرجاع علي ( عليه السلام ) الوديعة وشكواه عند قبر النبي ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) ] وروى الشيخ أبو جعفر الطوسي رحمه الله أن أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام لما دفن فاطمة صلوات الله عليها وعفى موضع قبرها ونفذ يده من تراب القبر هاج به الحزن فأرسل دموعه على خديه وحول وجهه إلى قبر رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله فقال : السلام عليك يا رسول الله ، السلام عليك يا رسول الله ، السلام عليك من ابنتك وحبيبتك وقرة عينك وزائرتك

[('Ali's) returning of the trust, peace be upon him, and his complaint at the grave of the Prophet (may God bless him and his Family)] And al-Shaykh Abu Ja'far al-Tusi, may God have mercy on him, related that when the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, had buried Fatima, the blessings of God be upon her, and effaced the place of her grave, and his hand had come away from the earth of the grave, grief surged in him and he let his tears go upon his cheeks, and turned his face towards the grave of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, and said: Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God.
