ذلك أمير المؤمنين عليه السلام غيبه 4 .

the Commander of the Faithful, peace be upon him, saw that, he hid it away. [4]

[ بكاؤها عند استماع ذكر أبيها ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) في الأذان ] وروي أنها قالت ذات يوم : إني أشتهي أسمع صوت مؤذن أبي بالأذان فبلغ ذلك بلالا وكان امتنع من الأذان بعد النبي صلى الله عليه وآله ، فأخذ في الأذان ، فلما قال : الله أكبر ، الله أكبر ، ذكرت أباها وأيامه فلم تتمالك من البكاء ، فلما بلغ إلى قوله : " أشهد أن محمدا رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله " شهقت فاطمة عليها السلام وسقطت لوجهها وغشي عليها ، فقال الناس لبلال : أمسك يا بلال ، فقد فارقت ابنة رسول الله الدنيا وظنوا أنها قد ماتت ، فقطع أذانه ولم يتمه فأفاقت فاطمة صلى الله عليها فسألته أن يتم الأذان فلم يفعل وقال لها : يا سيدة النسوان إني أخشى عليك مما تنزلينه بنفسك إذا سمعت صوتي بالأذان ، فاعفته عن ذلك 5 .

[Her weeping at hearing the mention of her father (may God bless him and his Family) in the call to prayer] And it is related that she said one day: I long to hear the voice of my father's caller giving the call to prayer. And that reached Bilal, who had refrained from the call to prayer after the Prophet, may God bless him and his Family; and he began the call. And when he said: God is greatest, God is greatest — she remembered her father and his days, and could not contain herself from weeping. And when he reached his words: “I bear witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family” — Fatima, peace be upon her, gave a sob and fell upon her face and fainted. So the people said to Bilal: Hold back, O Bilal, for the daughter of the Messenger of God has departed this world — and they supposed that she had died. So he cut short his call and did not complete it. Then Fatima, the blessings of God be upon her, revived, and asked him to complete the call; but he did not do it, and said to her: O mistress of women, I fear for you from what you bring upon yourself when you hear my voice in the call. So she excused him from that. [5]

وعن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام أنه قال : عاشت فاطمة عليها السلام بعد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله خمسة وسبعين يوما ، لم تر كاشرة ولا ضاحكة ، تأتي قبور الشهداء في كل جمعة مرتين الاثنين والخميس ، فتقول : هيهنا كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وهيهنا كان المشركون 6 .

And from Abu 'Abd Allah, peace be upon him, that he said: Fatima, peace be upon her, lived after the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, seventy-five days; she was not seen smiling nor laughing. She would come to the graves of the martyrs twice every week, on Monday and Thursday, and say: Here was the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, and here were the polytheists. [6]

وفي رواية أخرى : كانت تصلي هناك وتدعو حتى ماتت صلوات الله عليها 7 وروي عن محمود بن لبيد قال : لما قبض رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله كانت فاطمة عليها السلام تأتي قبور الشهداء وتأتي قبر حمزة وتبكي هناك ، فلما كان في بعض الأيام أتيت قبر حمزة ( ره ) فوجدتها تبكي هناك ، فأمهلتها حتى سكنت ، فأتيتها

And in another report: she used to pray there and supplicate until she died, the blessings of God be upon her. [7] And it is related from Mahmud b. Labid, who said: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and his Family, was taken, Fatima, peace be upon her, used to come to the graves of the martyrs and to the grave of Hamza and weep there. And one day I came to the grave of Hamza, may God have mercy on him, and found her weeping there. So I gave her time until she had quieted, and then I came to her
