أَرَءَيْتَ ٱلَّذِى يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ۝١

1Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie?

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِى يَدُعُّ ٱلْيَتِيمَ۝٢

2That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness,

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ۝٣

3And does not urge (others) to feed the poor.

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْمُصَلِّينَ۝٤

4So woe to the praying ones,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ عَن صَلَاتِهِمْ سَاهُونَ۝٥

5Who are unmindful of their prayers,

ٱلَّذِينَ هُمْ يُرَآءُونَ۝٦

6Who do (good) to be seen,

وَيَمْنَعُونَ ٱلْمَاعُونَ۝٧

7And withhold the necessaries of life.
