و كل ما نذكر عند ذكر أخبار مستطرفات السرائر في كتاب المسائل فهو إشارة إلى ما ذكره ابن إدريس رحمه اللّٰه حيث قال و من ذلك ما استطرفناه من كتاب مسائل الرجال و مكاتباتهم مولانا أبا الحسن علي بن محمد عليه السلام و الأجوبة عن ذلك رواية أبي عبد اللّٰه أحمد بن محمد بن عبد اللّٰه بن الحسن بن عياش الجوهري و رواية عبد اللّٰه بن جعفر الحميري رضي اللّٰه عنهما.

And everything we mention when citing the reports of the Mustatrafat al-Sara'ir in the Kitab al-Masa'il is a reference to what Ibn Idris — may God have mercy on him — mentioned, where he said: And among that is what we have selected from the book of the questions of the men and their correspondence with our master Abu al-Hasan 'Ali b. Muhammad, peace be upon him, and the answers thereto — the narration of Abu 'Abd Allah Ahmad b. Muhammad b. 'Abd Allah b. al-Hasan b. 'Ayyash al-Jawhari, and the narration of 'Abd Allah b. Ja'far al-Himyari, may God be pleased with them both.

و كل ما كان فيه نوادر الراوندي بإسناده فهذا سنده نقلته كما وجدته أخبرنا السيد الإمام ضياء الدين سيد الأئمة شمس الإسلام تاج الطالبية ذو الفخرين جمال آل رسول اللّٰه صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله أبو الرضا فضل اللّٰه بن علي بن عبيد اللّٰه الحسني الراوندي حرس اللّٰه جماله و أدام فضله قال أخبرنا الإمام الشهيد أبو المحاسن عبد الواحد بن إسماعيل بن أحمد الروياني إجازة و سماعا قال أخبرنا الشيخ أبو عبد اللّٰه محمد بن الحسن التميمي البكري إجازة أو سماعا قال حدثنا أبو محمد سهل بن أحمد الديباجي قال حدثنا أبو علي محمد بن محمد بن الأشعث الكوفي قال حدثني موسى بن إسماعيل بن موسى بن جعفر بن محمد بن علي بن الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب عليهما السلام قال حدثني أبي إسماعيل بن موسى عن أبيه موسى عن جده جعفر بن محمد الصادق عن أبيه عن جده علي بن الحسين عن أبيه ١علي بن أبي طالب صلوات اللّٰه عليهم قال قال رسول اللّٰه صلى اللّٰه عليه و آله أقول و يظهر من كتب الرجال طرق آخر إلى هذا الكتاب نوردها في آخر مجلدات كتابنا هذا إن شاء اللّٰه تعالى.

And whatever occurs in it as the Nawadir of al-Rawandi with his chain — this is its chain, which I have transcribed as I found it: There informed us the Sayyid, the Imam, Diya' al-Din, chief of the Imams, Shams al-Islam, crown of the Talibids, possessor of the two glories, beauty of the family of the Messenger of God — may God bless him and his family — Abu al-Rida Fadl Allah b. 'Ali b. 'Ubayd Allah al-Hasani al-Rawandi, may God preserve his beauty and perpetuate his excellence. He said: There informed us the Imam, the martyr, Abu al-Mahasin 'Abd al-Wahid b. Isma'il b. Ahmad al-Ruyani, by licence and by audition. He said: There informed us the Shaykh Abu 'Abd Allah Muhammad b. al-Hasan al-Tamimi al-Bakri, by licence or by audition. He said: There related to us Abu Muhammad Sahl b. Ahmad al-Dibaji, who said: There related to us Abu 'Ali Muhammad b. Muhammad b. al-Ash'ath al-Kufi, who said: There related to me Musa b. Isma'il b. Musa b. Ja'far b. Muhammad b. 'Ali b. al-Husayn b. 'Ali b. Abi Talib, peace be upon them both, who said: There related to me my father Isma'il b. Musa, from his father Musa, from his grandfather Ja'far b. Muhammad al-Sadiq, from his father, from his grandfather 'Ali b. al-Husayn, from his father (1) 'Ali b. Abi Talib, God's blessings be upon them, who said: The Messenger of God — may God bless him and his family — said. I say: from the books of rijal other routes to this book become apparent, which we shall set down at the end of the volumes of this book of ours, if God the Exalted wills.

و كل ما كان في كتاب قصص الأنبياء بالإسناد إلى الصدوق فهو ما ذكر في مواضع قال أخبرني الشيخ علي بن عبد الصمد النيسابوري عن أبيه عن السيد أبي البركات علي بن الحسين الخوزي عن الصدوق رحمه اللّٰه و في موضع آخر قال أخبرنا السيد أبو الحرب المجتبى بن الداعي الحسيني عن الدوريستي عن أبيه عنه و قال في موضع آخر أخبرنا السيد أبو الصمصام ذو الفقار بن أحمد بن معبد الحسيني عن الشيخ أبي جعفر الطوسي عن المفيد عن الصدوق و في موضع آخر أخبرنا السيد أبو البركات محمد بن إسماعيل عن علي بن عبد الصمد عن السيد أبي البركات الخوزي و في موضع

And whatever occurs in the Kitab Qisas al-Anbiya' with the chain to al-Saduq is what he mentioned in several places. He said: There informed me the Shaykh 'Ali b. 'Abd al-Samad al-Naysaburi, from his father, from the Sayyid Abu al-Barakat 'Ali b. al-Husayn al-Khuzi, from al-Saduq, may God have mercy on him. And in another place he said: There informed us the Sayyid Abu al-Harb al-Mujtaba b. al-Da'i al-Husayni, from al-Duristi, from his father, from him. And he said in another place: There informed us the Sayyid Abu al-Samsam Dhu al-Fiqar b. Ahmad b. Ma'bad al-Husayni, from the Shaykh Abu Ja'far al-Tusi, from al-Mufid, from al-Saduq. And in another place: There informed us the Sayyid Abu al-Barakat Muhammad b. Isma'il, from 'Ali b. 'Abd al-Samad, from the Sayyid Abu al-Barakat al-Khuzi. And in a place
