And the Book of al-'Umda; the Book of al-Mustadrak; and the Book of al-Manaqib — all of them on the reports of those who differ from us concerning the Imamate — by the Shaykh Abu al-Husayn Yahya b. al-Hasan b. al-Husayn b. 'Ali b. Muhammad b. al-Bitriq al-Asadi.

و كتاب كفاية الأثر في النصوص على الأئمة الاثني عشر للشيخ السعيد علي بن محمد بن علي الخزاز القمي.

And the Book of Kifayat al-Athar fi'l-Nusus 'ala al-A'imma al-Ithnay 'Ashar, by the felicitous Shaykh 'Ali b. Muhammad b. 'Ali al-Khazzaz al-Qummi.

و كتاب تنبيه الخاطر و نزهة الناظر للشيخ الزاهد ورام بن عيسى بن أبي النجم بن ورام بن حمدان بن خولان بن إبراهيم بن مالك الأشتر و السند إلى هذا الكتاب مذكور في الإجازات و ذكره الشيخ منتجب الدين في الفهرس و قال إنه عالم فقيه صالح شاهدته بحلة و وافق الخبر الخبر و أثنى عليه السيد ابن طاوس.

And the Book of Tanbih al-Khatir wa Nuzhat al-Nazir, by the ascetic Shaykh Warram b. 'Isa b. Abi al-Najm b. Warram b. Hamdan b. Khawlan b. Ibrahim b. Malik al-Ashtar. The chain to this book is set down in the authorisations. Al-Shaykh Muntajab al-Din mentioned him in the Fihrist and said: "He is a scholar, a jurist, righteous; I saw him at Hilla, and the report accorded with the report." Al-Sayyid b. Tawus also praised him.

و كتاب مشارق الأنوار و كتاب الألفين للحافظ رجب البرسي و لا أعتمد على ما يتفرد بنقله لاشتمال كتابيه على ما يوهم الخبط و الخلط و الارتفاع و إنما أخرجنا منهما ما يوافق الأخبار المأخوذة من الأصول المعتبرة.

And the Book of Mashariq al-Anwar and the Book of al-Alfayn, by al-Hafiz Rajab al-Bursi. I do not rely upon what he alone transmits, since his two books take in matter suggesting confusion, conflation and exaggeration; we have extracted from them only what agrees with the reports taken from the reliable primary works.

و كتاب الذكرى و كتاب الدروس و كتاب القواعد و كتاب البيان و كتاب الألفية و كتاب النفلية و كتاب نكت الإرشاد و كتاب المزار و رسالة الإجازات و كتاب اللوامع و كتاب الأربعين و رسالة في تفسير الباقيات الصالحات كلها للشيخ العلامة السعيد الشهيد محمد بن مكي قدس اللّٰه لطيفه و كتاب الإستدراك و كتاب الدرة الباهرة من الأصداف الطاهرة له قدس سره أيضا كما أظن و الأخير عندي منقولا عن خطه رحمه اللّٰه و سائر رسائله و أجوبة مسائله.

And the Book of al-Dhikra; the Book of al-Durus; the Book of al-Qawa'id; the Book of al-Bayan; the Book of al-Alfiyya; the Book of al-Nafliyya; the Book of Nukat al-Irshad; the Book of al-Mazar; the Epistle of Authorisations; the Book of al-Lawami'; the Book of al-Arba'in; and an epistle on the exegesis of "the abiding good deeds" — all of them by the felicitous and martyred Shaykh al-'Allama Muhammad b. Makki, God sanctify his subtle spirit. And the Book of al-Istidrak and the Book of al-Durra al-Bahira min al-Asdaf al-Tahira are also his, God sanctify his secret, as I think; the latter I have in a copy taken from his own hand, God have mercy on him — together with the rest of his epistles and the answers to his questions.
